Employees
When you first start your rental company you will probably want to be delivering and picking up the inflatables yourself. As your company grows you can hire drivers to help. You can find drivers at a local high school or advertise in a local newspaper. The average set up time is about 10 to 15 minutes. Take down time will be between 20 to 30 minutes.
Rental Contract & Liabilty Information
We highly recommend having your customers signing a Rental contract with a Liability Waiver included. This is the simplest way to protect yourself from injury claims. Even with a liability waiver, the risk of a claim is still possible. For maximum protection against claims you may want to obtain liability insurance.
The rental contract also serves as a receipt for your customers and a way for you to record your income.

Insurance
We do recommend that you carry Liability Insurance. Most public schools and parks will require an insurance certificate from you to rent to them or set up on public property. Some states by law may require you to carry insurance.

You will need a few other items to run your business.
1. Dolly – for hauling the inflatables to the customers location
2. Extension Cords 75ft to 100 ft Long to reach the power source
at the customers house & to Clean The Inflatables
3. Small Shop Vac- to remove leaves and grass from the inflatables
4. Towels- used to clean & dry the inflatables
5. Spray Bottle- to clean the inflatables
6. Sand Bags – used for a driveway or parking lot set up
